A connector is a secure plug that lets ChatGPT or Claude use your CySo account. Ask in plain words, "invoice Maria €200 for Tuesday's job", and it is prepared inside CySo for you to check.

Technically, these are MCP connectors (Model Context Protocol), the standard ChatGPT and Claude use to connect to apps.

How it works

Connect

Add the CySo connector in ChatGPT or Claude and sign in, or paste a key you create in the app.

Ask

"What is outstanding this month?" "File today's receipts." "What's my balance across banks?"

Approve

Sending, issuing invoices and recording payments wait for you to confirm. You choose which other actions need a confirmation too.

These rules are built into the connectors themselves.

You set the permissions

Each key has its own list of what it may read and do. You can switch a key off at any time.

Important actions wait for you

Sending, issuing invoices, recording payments, permanent deletion and adding a mailbox can never run without a confirmation. Choose "Approve in app" for a check your AI cannot get around; "Approve in chat" relies on your AI showing you the preview.

Data is never a command

Text that comes from your records or your emails is passed to the AI marked as information. It is never treated as an instruction.

Read-only where it matters

The Bank connector can only read. It cannot pay, transfer or change anything.

What your AI reads is shared with the AI service you connect (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), under your own agreement with them.

Accepted for the ChatGPT app directory

It can read: Invoices, quotations, receipts, expenses, customers and statistics.
It can do: Create and send invoices and quotations, add expenses, mark invoices paid, send receipts, create share links. Issuing invoices, sending anything and recording money always wait for your approval.
Built-in limits: New keys start read-only. There is no tool to edit or delete an issued invoice.
Works with: ChatGPT and Claude. Needs a paid Invoicing plan.

CySo Flow

It can read: Customers, appointments, invoices, quotations, expenses, products and employees. With the matching modules: shifts, attendance, account reports, aged balances and VAT return figures.
It can do, with confirmation where it matters: Create customers, appointments, invoices, quotations and shifts; remove shifts; send invoices and quotations; mark invoices paid; add expenses; post journal entries; record a filed VAT return.
Built-in limits: Actions that cannot be undone always ask you to confirm. A key can hide client names from the AI.
Works with: ChatGPT and Claude as a custom connector today. Needs a paid Flow plan.

CySo Mail Cloud

Custom connector

It can read: Folders, messages and the text of attachments.
It can do: File, flag and archive messages, create folders, write drafts and save attachments to your cloud.
Needs your approval outside the chat: Sending, permanent deletion and adding a mailbox. Moving mail to Trash and saving attachments from senders you have not marked as trusted also ask first.
Works with: ChatGPT and Claude. Included in the Mail Cloud trial and plan.

CySo Bank Connector

Custom connector

It can read: Your connected accounts, balances and transactions.
It can do: Nothing that touches money. Besides reading, it can start a bank connection for you to complete on the bank's own page, rename an account, or forget one (deleting its collected data), which it is told to do only after you confirm.
Built-in limits: Read-only: it can never pay or transfer.
Works with: ChatGPT and Claude, through your private connector link. Included in the trial and plan.
