AI Accountant
The AI Accountant checks your bank statements for gaps and mismatches, sorts each line and offers to post the ones it is sure about. For photos of receipts and bills, an AI reads the supplier, date, amount and VAT and suggests an account. Nothing reaches your books until you confirm, and it works on top of the Accounting module.

What it does.
Statements, receipts and bills
Add a bank statement as a CSV file or a photo, paste statement text, or add photos of receipts and supplier bills.
Statement checks
Each statement is checked for an opening or closing balance that does not add up, a break in the running balance, dates out of order, gaps of more than 20 days and duplicate lines. CSV statements are checked by fixed rules, with no AI involved.
Plain questions about problems
Every issue comes with a plain question, such as whether a page or some transactions are missing between two dates.
Missing subscription warning
If an active subscription you expect to see is not on the statement, it asks whether it was paid from another account.
Post the confident lines
Lines it is sure about can be posted in one tap, or one at a time. If the statement has an error, nothing is offered for automatic posting.
Customer payments held for you
Money in that matches an open invoice is labelled as the payment for that invoice and always waits for your check.
VAT split on bank lines
A standard-rated payment from a statement is booked with its VAT separated, so your VAT figures stay right.
No double booking
A statement line that matches an expense already in your books is linked to it instead of being booked again, and each document or line can only be posted once.
Receipt and bill review queue
For each photo you see the supplier, date, amount, VAT rate, the suggested account and a high, medium or low confidence label. Tap Confirm and post, or Reject.
Rules it learns
Each time you confirm, it remembers the payee and account. You can also add your own rules, such as a keyword and the account it belongs to.
