Add each account with its bank, IBAN, currency and opening balance, then record money in, money out and transfers between accounts. Flow keeps each balance up to date and adds up your accounts per currency. This is a register you keep yourself; it is not a live bank feed.

What it does.

  • Every kind of account

    Current, savings, cash and card accounts, each with the bank name, account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, currency and opening balance.

  • Balance per account

    Each account's balance is its opening balance plus income, minus expenses, with transfers in and out.

  • Consolidated balance

    One card adds up all your accounts, with a separate total for each currency.

  • Transfers, income and expenses

    Record a transfer between two accounts, or money in or out of one account, with an amount, date and note.

  • Primary account

    Star your main account and set the default currency for new accounts.

  • Excel export

    Export your accounts and transactions to an Excel file with one sheet for each.

  • Match Revolut payments

    Import a Revolut CSV statement from Settings, match incoming payments to your invoices and record the receipts.

  • One reconciliation with Accounting

    With the Accounting add-on, each entry you add here is posted to the journal or linked to the entry that already records it. You reconcile it once, and deleting it reverses its ledger entry.
