AI Assistant

Ask the AI Assistant who owes you money, how sales are going or what VAT you owe, and it looks up the answer in your Flow data. Tell it to add a client, book a job or draft an invoice, and it shows you what it is about to do and waits for you to confirm. It comes with a daily allowance of included AI messages, or you can use your own AI key.

What it does.

  • Answers from your data

    Ask about a client's balance, unpaid and overdue invoices, your top debtors, aged debts, upcoming jobs, quotations or recent invoices.

  • Money questions

    Get revenue, expense, profit and loss and estimated VAT summaries for a month, quarter or year. VAT figures are an estimate to confirm with your accountant.

  • Add records by asking

    Ask it to add a client, book a job, create a quotation, draft an invoice, record an expense or record a payment against an invoice.

  • Invoices start as drafts

    An invoice it creates is saved as a draft for you to review and issue, unless you clearly ask for it to be issued.

  • Confirm before it acts

    Before anything is created, changed or sent, it shows a summary and waits for you to tap Confirm or Cancel.

  • Payment reminders

    It can send payment reminders by email to clients with unpaid invoices, and by SMS too if you have set up SMS.

  • Works with your modules

    With the matching modules on, it can also look up and add products, suppliers and subscriptions, adjust stock and list your staff.

  • Included AI messages

    Includes 100 AI messages a day, or 30 a day while the module is on trial.

  • Bring your own key

    Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key in Settings to use your own AI account with no daily message cap.

  • Your AI settings apply

    The AI permissions you set in Settings, which actions are off or need confirming, also apply to the built-in assistant.

€34.51 incl. VAT. AI Assistant is an add-on on the Pro plan and is included in the Teams plan. It includes 100 AI messages a day (30 a day during the 90-day trial). With your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key there is no daily cap, only an hourly limit of 60 messages. Yearly costs the same as 10 months.
