Integrations
Integrations is where you create API keys for Flow's REST API and see the providers you can connect, grouped by type. It also holds two built-in tools: a pack of a period's documents for your accountant and links to the official Cyprus tax rate pages.

See it in one minute.
What it does.
API keys
Create named API keys so other software can read or write your Flow data. A key is shown once and only a hash is kept.
Read-only or read and write
Choose for each key whether it can only read, or read and create records.
Revoke a key
Revoke any key at once from the list.
REST API
List customers, invoices, appointments, quotations, products and expenses, and create customers, invoices and appointments.
Rate limit per key
Each key can make up to 120 requests a minute.
Connect an AI agent
Connect an external AI agent through Flow's MCP endpoint using an API key. The key's read or write scope still applies.
Providers by type
Providers are listed under GPS, banking, messaging, accounting and the Flow API, and each one asks only for what it needs.
Revolut statement import
Upload a statement exported from Revolut, and Flow suggests which incoming payments match your invoices before you record the receipts.
GPS with your Traccar server
With your own Traccar server connected, list your trackers with their last position and speed.
Send to accountant
Bundle a period's invoices, receipts and reports into an Excel file in a ZIP and email it to your accountant, with your email (SMTP) set up. It is written in English unless you choose Greek or Russian, and a Dashboard reminder shows when a period's pack is due.
Tax-policy links
Links to the official Cyprus pages for social insurance, GeSY and PAYE income tax rates.
