Clients

Keep your clients' contact details, contact people and notes together with their full history: jobs, invoices, reports and vehicles. You can see at a glance who owes you money and who is overdue. Clients is a core module and is free on every plan, up to 15 clients on the free plan.

What it does.

  • Who owes you money

    Filter the list by Owes money, Overdue, Partly paid or Fully paid. Each client shows the amount they owe or have overdue.

  • Outstanding balance

    A client's page shows their outstanding balance: unpaid invoices plus jobs done but not yet invoiced.

  • Full history per client

    Tabs for jobs, invoices and service reports, plus vehicles and work orders when Workshop is on and recurring billing when Subscriptions is on.

  • Invoice several jobs at once

    Tick several of a client's jobs and create one combined invoice.

  • Record payments

    Record a payment against an invoice from the client's page.

  • Contact people

    For a company client, add up to three contact people with their role and phone number, so your staff know who to ring.

  • WhatsApp, Maps and Waze

    Message the client on WhatsApp, or open their address in Google Maps or Waze with one tap.

  • EU VAT number check

    Check a client's EU VAT number in VIES. The result is saved with the client, and you can use the registered name and address.

  • Clients register themselves

    Share a single-use link (valid 72 hours) or a reusable QR code (valid 24 hours, up to 20 clients). Clients fill in their own details and wait for your approval.

  • Import from CSV

    Import your existing client list from a CSV file. Rows that cannot be read are skipped and counted.

  • Notes and comments

    Keep notes on a client and leave comments on their record for your team.

  • Erase on request (GDPR)

    Erase a client's personal data when they ask, while tax invoices and receipts are kept without their name, because the law requires you to keep them. Only staff with the data protection permission can do it.

  • Download before erasing

    Before a workshop client is erased, their vehicles, work orders, photos and PDFs are downloaded for you first.
