Customer portal

The Customer portal adds a sign-in page under your name for the customers you already have. They sign in with the email address you hold for them and see their delivery on its way, their past orders and, if you run Loyalty, their loyalty card. They can also place an order for delivery or collection and pay when it arrives.

Customer portal

What it does.

  • Open or close it any time

    Switch the portal on and copy its link to send to customers. Turn it off to close it at any time.

  • Your title and welcome message

    Set the portal's title and a welcome message your customers see when they sign in.

  • Choose how far back they see

    Decide how many days of order history customers can look back through, from 30 to 730 days.

  • Choose what they see

    Show or hide their orders and their deliveries.

  • Only customers you already hold

    A customer can create an account only with an email address that matches one of your saved clients.

  • 500 customer accounts included

    A meter shows how many accounts are in use out of 500. Sign-up stops when the limit is reached.

  • Revoke or restore an account

    See every customer account and revoke one at any time, which frees its place. You can restore it later.

  • Their delivery on its way

    Customers see a delivery that is on the way and the driver's first name.

  • Order online

    Customers add your priced Warehouse items to a basket and order for delivery or collection, paying when it arrives or when they collect. If the address is in one of your delivery zones, the zone fee is shown and added to the total. Prices are worked out again on the server.

  • Orders land in Delivery

    A delivery order from the portal appears as a new drop in your Delivery screen, with its own tracking link.

  • Order history

    Customers see their past orders with reference, date, items and total.

  • Loyalty card in the portal

    If you also run Loyalty, the customer sees their card with stamps, points and tier, and a QR code to show at your counter.

€34.51 incl. VAT. The Customer portal is an add-on on the Pro plan or above and needs the Delivery module. 500 customer accounts are included, and customers do not use your staff seats. Yearly costs the same as 10 months.
