Loyalty

Loyalty lets you run a stamp card, a points scheme and spend-based tiers, or any of them together. Give a customer a card, scan it at the counter, add their purchase and give the reward when they have earned it. It does not need the POS till.

What it does.

  • Stamp card

    Set how many stamps earn a reward (2 to 100) and what the reward is.

  • Points

    Set points per €1 spent and how many points make €1 off.

  • Tiers by spend

    Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers based on what a customer spent in the last 365 days, each with its own spend threshold and points multiplier.

  • Give a customer a card

    Pick one of your clients and give them a card in two taps. Flow stops you giving the same customer two cards.

  • Members list

    See every member's stamps, points and tier, and revoke a card at any time.

  • Scan a card

    Scan the card's QR code with your phone camera, or type the code, to see the stamps as dots, the points balance and its value, and recent history.

  • Record a purchase

    For a sale made outside the till, type what the customer spent and Flow adds one stamp for the visit and points for the amount, multiplied by their tier.

  • Earned automatically at the till

    With the POS till, scan or find the card on the sale and the stamps and points are added when it is paid. A sale made offline updates the card once the connection is back.

  • Redeem rewards

    Give the stamp-card reward or take money off with points, here or at the till, where points become a discount on the sale. A double tap never gives the reward twice.

  • Card on their phone

    With the Customer portal module on, the customer sees their card and its QR code when they sign in.

€29.75 incl. VAT. Loyalty is an add-on on the Pro or Teams plan. It works without POS. Showing the card on the customer's phone needs the Customer portal add-on, which needs Delivery. Yearly costs the same as 10 months.
