Products lives inside Warehouse as its own tab. A product is a recipe: the items and quantities that go into it, including non-stock charges like packing or delivery. Flow works out its cost, its selling price and how many you can build from the stock you hold.

What it does.

  • Products from your items

    Pick up to 30 items and quantities that make up a product, straight from your warehouse items.

  • Three ways to price

    Price a product as the sum of its items, as cost plus a markup percentage, or at a fixed price.

  • Live price and margin

    As you edit, Flow shows what the product sells for and its margin.

  • How many you can build

    Each product shows how many you can make from current stock. Non-stock charges never limit it.

  • One line or every item

    Choose whether a product appears on quotes and invoices as one line with its price, or with each item listed at its own price.

  • Build into stock

    Build a number of units and the parts are picked from your warehouse bins, earliest expiry first.

  • Location check

    Flow warns you when a product's items sit in different locations, and still lets you save it.

  • Rolled-up cost and sell

    A summary shows the total cost and sell value of the items and how many you can build now.
